NOTES ON ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

• The abstract submission system asks you to assign your abstract to one of three categories: CNS, Oncology, or General. If you feel that your research is not primarily related to CNS or Oncology, feel free to submit it in the "General" category. Please note that this division is for internal accounting only, and does not necessarily reflect how abstracts will be organized in the final program.


• As part of your abstract submission, you will receive an email assigning you an ID and a password. You will need these if you return to the system to edit your abstract.


• In part 3, you will be asked to enter your last name and search for it in the system. Most likely your name will not be in the database and you will need to scroll down to enter your full name, affiliation, address, and contact information. When finished, click on SUBMIT INFORMATION.


• In part 4, when entering your abstract text, please note the COPY SPECIAL CODES link. This link will provide directions on how to insert special fonts and characters into your abstract. Once you have entered your text, click on SUBMIT TEXT.
